Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns once these items have been unpackaged and used, except in cases of a confirmed fault.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. A contract between us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All orders are carefully handpicked and packed from our Cambridge warehouse and processed within 1-2 business days.

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.2 Delivery Region and Responsibilities

We ship globally to bring Christmas joy worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, transport disruptions).

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Your Right to Return

Your complete delight is our greatest wish. Most non-electrical items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

5.2 Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
2. Receive RMA: We will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions within 48 hours.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item with original packaging and the RMA number. Ship to our Returns Department in Cambridge.
4. Inspection & Completion: After inspection (3-5 business days), we will process your exchange or refund.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The funds will be issued to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your financial institution. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

5.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.
