Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want you to be completely delighted with your festive finds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in their original, unused, and resalable condition within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Illuminated Christmas Decorations, Christmas Lights, Novelty Lights, Outdoor Christmas Lights, Christmas Tree Lights, and Trees with Lights once they have been unpackaged and used, unless they are faulty.

Please Note: For the safety of our global festive community, all electrical items (including all categories of lights and illuminated decorations) are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival. This ensures the integrity and safety of our products for every home.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. Use the email template provided below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Receive Your RMA Number & Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item(s) back to our Cambridge warehouse.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the returned item(s). This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
  5. Completion: Upon approval, we will promptly process your exchange or refund as per your request.

Refunds: Timing & Method

If your desired exchange item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
